Our customer service representatives will get back to you in 1-3 business days. We kindly ask you to provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request, as our customer service team needs it to determine whether you are eligible for the refund.
If you contact your bank directly to dispute your payment or chargeback on your credit card, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until the final resolution. Once the case is solved, it can't be reversed, so we kindly ask you to stay patient and give us a chance to resolve it directly with you.
