A declined payment can occur for different reasons. If you are trying to pay by credit card, make sure you are completing the 3D authentication step.
If you are trying to pay with Paypal, you can check your transaction history to see if it indicates the reason why the payment was declined.
In any case, you can contact us at support@smartphotoacademy.com, and tell us the email address you are using for signing up and the error message you are receiving. We will investigate this and get back to you.
